This Policy in support of Gender Equality and the Empowerment of People defines the principles and objectives that express Miroglio Group’s commitment to gender equality, diversity enhancement and the empowerment of its people.
This Policy is approved by the Chief Executive Officer in coordination with the Steering Committee for Gender Equality.
